Weekly cleaning starts from £19 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours per visit. Fortnightly cleaning is from £20 per hour, also with a 2-hour minimum. Deep cleans are individually priced based on your specific requirements, but are only available as part of an ongoing regular cleaning arrangement. We don't offer one-off deep cleans on their own.

Yes, we ask that you provide the cleaning products and equipment. This way you know exactly what's being used in your home, and it ensures we're using products you're comfortable with. If you'd prefer us to bring supplies, just let us know and we can arrange this.

Absolutely. We assign you a dedicated cleaner who will visit your home at the same time each week (or fortnight). They'll get to know your home and your preferences. If your regular cleaner is unavailable due to holiday or illness, we'll let you know in advance and arrange a suitable replacement.

Yes, we're fully insured for public liability. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, you're completely covered.

Every cleaner is interviewed at their own home before joining our team. We check references, verify identity, and only work with people we'd trust in our own homes. DBS checks are available on request.

Not at all. Many of our customers are at work during their clean. You can leave a key with us, use a key safe, or provide access however works best for you.

Just give us at least 24 hours notice and we'll reschedule at no charge. For last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours), we may need to charge a cancellation fee to cover our cleaner's time.

There's an initial 3-month contract to get started, which gives you and your cleaner time to settle into a routine. After that, it switches to a rolling one-month contract, so you're free to leave with just a month's notice.

Your management fee is paid monthly in advance by standing order. You then pay your cleaner directly on the day of each clean. We'll explain exactly how it all works when you get started.
